ToolBaaz does not ask you to create an account or enter personal details. The only data we collect is standard analytics and advertising data:

Google Analytics — page views, session duration, browser type, and approximate location (city/region). No IP addresses are stored by us.

Google AdSense— if you see ads on the site, Google may use cookies to show you relevant ads. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Cookies — we use a small number of functional cookies (e.g., to remember your preferred regime or theme). You can clear these at any time from your browser settings.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

— Your CTC, salary, or income figures
— Your PAN, Aadhaar, or any government ID
— Invoice details you enter in the GST Invoice tool
— UPI IDs entered in the QR Generator
— Bank account or payment information

Every number you type into a ToolBaaz calculator stays in your browser tab and is gone the moment you close it.

Some pages on ToolBaaz include affiliate links to financial products — for example, Groww, Zerodha, and Upstox. If you click an affiliate link and open an account, we may earn a referral fee at no extra cost to you.

Once you leave ToolBaaz through a third-party link, their privacy policy applies. We have no visibility into what data they collect.

ToolBaaz is intended for adults managing their own finances. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

We may update this policy as the site grows (new tools, new features, new monetisation). The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. If there are material changes, we'll note them prominently on the site.
